What We Offer


At Shire Elite we provide our athletes with both Competitive Cheer & Hip Hop programs and also skill specific extra programs.

Competition Teams

Training on a competitive cheerleading team is hard work, but also extremely rewarding as athletes get to experience the incredible feeling of performing in front of crowds of thousands of cheering spectators. Cheer has specific levels for each team with certain skills required for each level. Each athlete is placed in a team / level that is best suited to their age and skill set.

Hip Hop Crews

Hip hop is an energetic style of dance, combining body isolations, street style and popular culture to form a creative and dynamic routine. Hip hop presents the opportunity for students to showcase their unique talent and skills, whilst welcoming individual personality and catering to all abilities. Our hip hop crews provide a safe and welcoming environment where each student is encouraged to be themselves with confidence!


Our tumble classes are designed to teach basic through to advanced tumble skills in a fun, safe and progressive environment. Tumble classes are split into levels ranging from level 1-5. Each athlete is assessed and placed in a class that is best suited to their current tumble ability and future skill development.

Stretch & Condition

Stretch & Condition classes are for those who wish to increase their overall fitness. Classes will focus on increasing flexibility, strength, power and cardio endurance.

Flex & Lines

Our Flex & Lines classes aim to increase overall flexibility and flyer body position technique. These classes are very important for flyers in particular.

Group & Partner Stunt

We offer level appropriate group and partner stunt training for those interested in further developing their stunting. This training is also great for those athletes that love to stunt but are not ready to commit to a full cheer team.

Hip Hop Dance Duos

We also offer hip hop dance duos for those students who are interested in further developing their skills or simply spending a bit more time dancing each week.

Open Gym

– Casual Payment Basis.
Open gym is held each Friday night. These sessions are an awesome opportunity to come into the gym and do some extra work on your skills. We have coaches available to help you work on your tumbling, jumps, stunting or anything else you would like to spend some extra time working. All athletes competing in group or partner stunt will train during these times.
